A Lil Self-Care Calendar (2025)
The purpose of this calendar is to track how much self-care (or self-neglect) you participate in each month. The instructions are listed below:
Step 1: Set your intention and goals for the current month. Also set at least two goals for the month.
Step 2: Check in each day and mark the calendarfor each self-care activity you participate in. Any time you struggle or have a bad day, write down the lessons you learned. Any time you succeed, write down any new awarenesses.
Step 3: Reflect at the end of each month in order to set goals and intentions for the following month.
